Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent rooms with a large window, tall ceilings, and nice views of the garden in the main house. They are comfortable and stately, with all the character expected from such an old house. Some areas may need a little TLC, which is understandable given the age of the property.
The hotel is situated in a wealthy area with potential for improvement in certain areas. The rooms had been recently updated but still needed a thorough clean. The staff lacked professionalism at times, impacting the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were warm and clean, with very comfortable beds. The service was excellent as the staff multitasked efficiently with a smile. The location was picturesque, although lacking comfortable seating in some areas. The dining experience was great, offering a variety of options, but a few improvements could have been made. The hotel's facilities were good, meeting my expectations.
